Jane McKenney Jordan has been certified as a mediator by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution since 1999 and has been serving as a mediator for South Georgia ADR since 2001.  During that time, her services have been requested by insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and plaintiffs' attorneys.  Her litigation background consists of over 25 years of trial experience, including medical negligence, automobile accidents, products liability, slip and fall, and workers' compensation cases. 

Ms. Jordan received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in 1974, and her law degree from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law where she was a member of the Mercer Moot Court and Law Review, graduating cum laude in 1979.

Ms. Jordan has been an instructor and co-chairman of the Peoples' Law School held at Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law, as well as an instructor in legal ethics orientation and mock mediation at the Law School.  Additionally, she has been a speaker at legal and nursing seminars.  

Ms. Jordan received the Macon Bar Association and Georgia Legal Services 2006 Judy B. Davenport Pro Bono Partner Award.  She is a past president of the Middle Georgia Association for Women Lawyers and a past member of and treasurer/vice president of the Board of Civil Georgia Justice Foundation. 

Ms. Jordan presently is a partner at McKenney and Jordan Law Firm.  She is currently on the Macon Bar Association Advisory Committee and on the Board of Georgia Legal Services Foundation.
