T. Kyle King, a partner with Hodges, McEachern & King in Jonesboro, has been engaged in the general civil practice of law for more than a decade. Mr. King has represented plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation over business and construction disputes, estate and probate contests, and personal injury actions.

Mr. King has lectured at seminars on topics ranging from probate practice to the Georgia reporters shield law, and he has been published in the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy.

In addition to being registered as a mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, Mr. King is a fellow of the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia, a past president of the Henry County Bar Association, and a certified lay speaker with the United Methodist Church.
