S. E. (Trey)Moody III of Perry is a sole practitioner engaged in the practice of civil (non-domestic) litigation with over 15 years of experience. Mr. Moody represents both plaintiffs and defendants and has conducted numerous mediations and arbitrations. Mr. Moody is the presiding Judge over the Municipal Court for the City of Montezuma. He also is an adjunct professor associated with Georgia College and State University where he teaches Automobile Insurance Law, Civil Practice and Torts in connection with that institution's paralegal certificate program offered by its Department of Continuing Education. Mr. Moody is a member of the Council of Municipal Court Judges, as well as the Houston County Bar Association.
