He has been associated with South Georgia ADR Service since January 1999 and have mediated an extensive number of cases which include but not limited to matters involving personal injury, real estate, probate, contracts, and employment law. He has also represented the Professional Association of Georgia Educators and its members for over 20 years concerning employment related issues involving teachers, administrators and superintendents as well as non-certificated employees. These matters would involve employment disputes covering a variety of topics including termination of employment, demotions, discrimination, promotions, and compensation before Boards of Education, the Professional Practices Commission, and Professional Standards Commission, as well as independent tribunals. Mr. Wilson serves as General Counsel for the Macon-Bibb County Transit Authority.
